As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions, you will be part of a fast-growing product team responsible for driving and improving the engineer experience across the entire Consume & Community Banking organization.

Job responsibilities


* Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions to resolve them driving satisfaction and holding a customer first mentality


* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements


* Lead the intake and prioritization process for a portfolio of operational and technology initiatives, ensuring work is effectively evaluated, sequenced, and communicated to engineering and business stakeholders


* Establish and manage quality assurance processes to ensure work requests are thoroughly assessed, well-defined, and supported by clear requirements that enable efficient execution and minimize ambiguity.


* Provide leadership for Product Owners and Technical Partners to help them understand all the non-feature work required to run their product and deliver on commitments with a focus on operating metrics and executive reporting


* Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights into portfolio performance, priorities, and key business outcomes


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
