* Our Home Health RN Will: Provide individualized care by treating each patient as they would want a loved one treated.Develop care plans that reflect each person and their needs.Be detail-oriented, knowing that carefully managed patients (medications, treatments, communication, aide supervision, etc.) have more comfort and dignity.Focus on customer service when interacting with patients, families, communities/facilities, and all partners and co-workers.Help team members improve through instruction and support.Build and manage meaningful relationships with all partners.
