About the Role

The CARE Senior Lead provides operational leadership for teams supporting sensitive, human‑services–focused work in a compliance‑driven environment.

This role oversees staff conducting case‑related activities, ensures adherence to policies and procedures, and serves as an escalation point for complex or high‑risk situations.

The position emphasizes quality, timeliness, and professional judgment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What You’ll Do


* Supervise and support staff performing case‑based and client‑facing work


* Assign daily workloads and monitor progress to ensure accuracy and timeliness


* Serve as escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high‑risk cases


* Review documentation and work products for compliance with established standards


* Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


* Conduct spot checks, quality reviews, and operational inspections


* Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective feedback as needed


* Support onboarding and training of new team members


* Manage schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity
