About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Platform & Integration Lead to own the technical leadership, integration strategy, and delivery of the Salesforce-based bFO platform.

This role is critical to ensuring platform stability, scalability, and seamless enterprise integrations, while driving modern, API-first architecture across systems.

You will operate at the intersection of platform engineering, integration architecture, and delivery leadership, acting as the central authority for platform design, API enablement, and cross-system data flows.

Key Responsibilities

Own Platform & Integration Delivery


* Lead end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance


* Drive execution across multiple teams, releases, and initiatives


* Ensure alignment of delivery with business priorities and platform roadmap


* Own incident resolution, platform reliability, and operational excellence

Lead Integration & API Architecture


* Define and drive the integration strategy across Salesforce and enterprise systems


* Design scalable solutions across:



* REST APIs and platform APIs


* Event-driven and asynchronous integrations


* Middleware and microservices

Ensure APIs are reusable, secure, and productised assets

Oversee end-to-end API lifecycle governance (design - build - deploy - operate)Provide Technical Leadership & Architecture Governance


* Act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce platform and integrations


* Guide development teams on:



* Apex, LWC, integrations, and best practices


* Data model design and governance


* Platform limits, performance optimisation, and scalability

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards

Drive resolution of complex system and integration challengesDrive Platform Stability, Security & Governance


* Ensure high standards of platform performance, resilience, and availability


* Enforce security, compliance, and data protection practices


* Lead governance across:



* DevSecOps and code quality


* Release and deployment processes


* API and data standards

Cross-Functional Leadership


* Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams


* Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems and stakeholders


* Provide clear communication to leadership on risks, progress, and outcomes


* Build strong collaboration across Integration, Security, and Data teams

Drive Continuous Improvement & Innovation


* Identify opportunities to modernise platform and integration landscape
