Recepčná/Recepčný (Brigáda)

Hľadáš flexibilnú brigádu popri škole?

Pre našu pobočku v Bratislave (Karadžičova) hľadáme šikovnú kolegyňu / kolegu na recepciu.

Ide o dlhodobú brigádu vhodnú pre študenta/študentku s flexibilným rozvrhom.

Pracovná doba v rozsahu 7:30 - 17:00 podľa dohody (striedanie).
Mzda: 7 EUR / Hod.
Pracovný fond: 25 hodín / týždeň

Čo bude tvojou náplňou práce:



* Zabezpečovanie chodu recepcie a základného servisu pre zamestnancov


* Vítanie návštev a ich evidencia


* Administratívna podpora (e-maily, evidencia, interné systémy)


* Spracovanie pošty, kuriérnych služieb a objednávok


* Objednávanie kancelárskeho materiálu a drobného vybavenia


* Spolupráca s facility tímom (opravy, servis, údržba)


* Podpora bežných operatívnych úloh v kancelárii

* Študenta / študentku VŠ s flexibilným rozvrhom


* Komunikatívnu a spoľahlivú osobnosť


* Príjemné vystupovanie - budeš prvý kontakt s návštevou


* Užívateľská znalosť práce s PC


* Angličtina aspoň na úrovni B1 (komunikácia s návštevami)
