We're looking for a Product Quality & Recovery Manager to lead and inspire a team that puts customers first, drives product safety and compliance, and turns sustainability ambitions into everyday actions.

WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: September 2026, can be discussed at interview.
• Starting salary of £31,939.74 per annum, based on competence and experience.
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week including alternate weekends and minimum of 1 late per week and 1 late Friday & Saturday monthly.
• Working hours are between 7am to 11pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• An enthusiasm for home furnishings and experience of working in a customer-oriented high-volume retail business.
• Business-minded with a customer focus, with the ability to deliver solid business results through people.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive performance through KPIs, balancing sales growth, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency while delivering sustainable business results.
• Leading others, you will have good communication and coaching skills that support building relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Builds positive and productive relationships across departments, fostering collaboration to achieve shared business objectives while confidently challenging when processes, standards, or compliance requirements are not being met.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements, ensuring processes, products, and recovery operations consistently meet IKEA policies and regulatory expectations.
