Work you'll do

As a Lead Architect on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Design end-to-end solution architectures that align business requirements to scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs


* Evaluate application, data, integration, and platform options and recommend approaches based on technical fit, risk, and implementation considerations


* Create architecture artifacts, design documentation, and technical standards to support delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle


* Guide engineering and product teams through solution design decisions, technical dependencies, and execution planning


* Identify technical risks, constraints, and trade-offs and define mitigation approaches to support performance, security, and compliance requirements
