HR Assistant
PING, Inc.
is seeking a Human Resources Assistant that under direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager, performs a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, acts as an intermediary for management and is delegated the responsibility for handling administrative details, exercises considerable judgment and independent action in adapting work procedures.
This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

WE OFFER: Competitive benefits and compensation package Generous employee discount Robust wellness program with cash incentives Ride Share Programs Flexible time off DUTIES: Screen visitors and telephone calls for Human Resources Director and, where appropriate, refer same to staff members or personally issue authoritative information on established Company programs, policies, and procedures.
Arrange meetings and prepare agenda for HR Director, making adjustments, if necessary, to scheduled meeting times.
Perform various clerical functions for HR staff, including preparation of recruiting and training packets, preparation of new employee files, creating and distributing employee ID Cards, filing, collating, copying/scanning/faxing, and distributing materials to appropriate departments and/or personnel.
Coordinate employee discount cards, and all other employee services programs.
Collects fees and maintains an accounting for employee services programs such as movie tickets, stamps, special offers, lost ID Cards, and other programs.
Screen incoming correspondence for HR Director's response.
Compose correspondence, independently or in accordance with general instruction.
Process employee requests, search employee files, and furnish information to authorized persons.
Update and ensure ample supply of Human Resources Department forms for use by HR and other departments.
Update and maintain current Human Resources subscription/publication information; process subscription renewals.
Administer the Tuition Assistance program.
Handle mail distribution.
Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained in accordance with federal and state laws.
Coordinate departmental and companywide special events.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED, plus a minimum three years experience in an administrative role; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training.
A two-year degree is preferred.
Previous Human Resources experience is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
Must be proficient in use of business English and spelling.
