Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community‑based setting.

As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you will help ensure high‑quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff.

What You’ll Do as a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor


* Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care


* Use crisis‑prevention and conflict‑resolution techniques


* Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations


* Share on‑call responsibilities

Requirements


* Bachelor’s/Associate’s + 1 year experience
OR HS diploma + 2 years related experience


* Valid driver’s license; ability to transport individuals


* Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
