Position Overview

In this role, you'll drive a tanker to transport cement and oil from outlet plants to various concrete and asphalt plant locations.
Each day will provide you with a different adventure.

Wage: $23.75/hr - $31.45/hr DOE w/ potential for overtime.
Note: Wage scale for position is the full wage scale an individual can make based on performance, experience, and seniority throughout their time at the company.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operational order and report maintenance or repair issues.
* Drive truck to loading location, monitoring various gauges during operation of vehicle.
* Ensure all hoses and clamps are safely secured, and that the material loaded is correct based on the instructions from the team.
* High attention to detail to distinguish different types of materials.
Discharging a product into the wrong cement silo is very costly.
* Write entries in logbook: Noting freight hauled, destination, hours/miles driven and rest periods.
* If necessary, obtain chains from storage on the trailer and drape them on the drive wheels of the truck and fasten into place.
Remove chains when roads are clear....
