Reports To: Core Program Director
Pay Range: $85,000 per year
Bonus: $1500 Sign-On Bonus

The salary range for this position is $85,000 per year for employees hired in Central Valley, CA.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Core Program Director, the Core Program Manager II (CSU) is responsible for managing one or more designated programs with providing effective talent management to ensure program quality assurance, client services, and compliance with applicable federal, state, funder, and agency standards.

The CPM II (CSU) also supports the development of the program(s) budget, strategic planning, program reports, and interfaces with funder partners.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Operational Leadership


* Provides coordination and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the core program.


* Recruits, develops, supports and manages core program staff.


* Provides support, intervention, back-up, on-call support, or direct service as required.

Training & Professional Development


* Conducts and participates in supervision meetings, staff meetings, and special events.


* Conduct and participates in and program related trainings.

Quality Assurance & Compliance


* Prepares and submit reports to funders/partners as per program and Agency requirements.
