* High school diploma or equivalent required.


* 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal finishing or aerospace manufacturing environment.


* Demonstrated leadership experience as a lead, trainer, or senior operator preferred.


* Ability to read and interpret work orders, travelers, blueprints, and process documentation.


* Strong understanding of quality standards, production processes, and safety procedures.


* Experience training and mentoring employees is preferred.


* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


* Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems for documentation and reporting.


* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Essential Responsibilities


* Perform regular production operations as needed, including:
+ Sand blasting
+ Deburring
+ Parts cleaning
+ Painting
+ Plating


* Coordinate daily workflow within the department to support production schedules, quality standards, and operational priorities.


* Provide day-to-day support and guidance to department personnel, serving as a technical resource and point of contact on the production floor.


* Assist with the training and onboarding of new employees, reinforcing standard work practices, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
