Position Summary: The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, planning, execution, and performance of multiple field construction projects involving the remediation, structural repair, and maintenance of utility structures, including transmission towers, lattice structures, concrete foundations, and associated infrastructure.

This position provides leadership to multiple Construction Superintendents and their field crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering specifications, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

The Construction Manager serves as the primary operational leader for field construction activities, partnering closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Equipment, and Executive Leadership to drive operational excellence, maximize productivity, develop field leaders, and ensure consistent execution across multiple concurrent projects throughout the country.

• Lead multiple Construction Superintendents overseeing projects across various geographic regions.

• Provide strategic direction and operational support to ensure consistent execution across all assigned projects.

• Develop manpower plans and allocate personnel, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency.

• Monitor project performance related to safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and profitability.

• Conduct regular field visits to coach Superintendents, evaluate project performance, and ensure company standards are consistently met.
