Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading complex Finance Operate engagements across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other finance domains.



* Advising senior finance leaders on operating models, service delivery strategies, process performance, and technology enablement to improve efficiency, control, and resilience.



* Owning end-to-end outcomes across transition, stabilization, and steady-state service delivery, including governance, quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, and onshore/offshore coordination.



* Designing and mobilizing finance managed services solutions, including business process as a service and, where applicable, application managed services models.



* Driving continuous transformation within the operate model through automation, analytics, AI, and reusable assets that improve cost to serve and insight.



* Shaping business development and practice growth through opportunity development, proposal support, client relationship building, and coaching junior professionals.
