ServiceNow Technical Transformation Manager

Work you'll do

As a ServiceNow Technical Transformation Manager on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead development activities for a large ServiceNow implementation program across multiple HR services


* Manage and mentor junior developers to support delivery quality and team growth


* Lead sprint review sessions and track progress against development objectives


* Provide technical expertise, feedback, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle


* Collaborate with stakeholders to align development work with program priorities and delivery timelines

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


* Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with polygraph security clearance required


* Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, 5 days per week


* Experience leading development for enterprise technology implementations


* Experience mentoring junior developers


* Experience with Salesforce, Appian, JavaScript, or C#

Preferred:


* Experience with ServiceNow implementations


* Experience supporting human resources service delivery solutions
