Claims Data Consultant

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do

We are seeking a Claims Data Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities will include -


* Translating research questions into analysis-ready definitions, including cohorts, measures, methods, and limitations.


* Conducting related data preparation, analysis runs, and quality checks.


* Translating findings into clear, client-ready recommendations that can be understood by audiences with varying levels of technical and analytical expertise.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


* Ability to obtain a clearance


* Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* 3+ years' professional experience with Python and/or R


* 3+ years' professional experience in healthcare

Preferred:


* Data preparation


* QA/QC experience


* Data Analysis
