Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for supporting ServiceNow development and integration efforts that enable federal procurement workflows.


* Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automations, scripts, forms, tables, and custom applications that support procurement-related processes


* Develop and support integrations with systems such as APMS, DFAS, and WAWF using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server capabilities


* Implement approval routing, escalation logic, data mappings, and synchronization utilities to improve process consistency and data quality


* Build reports and dashboards that improve operational visibility into workflow activity and performance


* Troubleshoot defects, support testing and deployment activities, and document technical configurations, enhancements, and solution updates

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 3+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, tables, and scripts


* 2+ years of experience using JavaScript in ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform
