Strategy Consultant - Secret Cleared

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities will include -



* Serving as a primary strategic advisor to stakeholders;


* Translating priorities into actionable plans and sequenced roadmaps.


* Leading workstream planning and performance management (goals, metrics, reporting cadence) across Digital Accessibility, IT Lab, and Strategy.


* Developing and delivering executive-level briefings and external-facing customer materials (clear storyline, crisp visuals, decision-focused messaging).


* Operating effectively when navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining strong delivery discipline.


* Using various tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI) to improve tracking, reporting, intake, and resource visibility across the division.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


* Active Secret clearance


* 2+ years' of experience with strategic planning and road mapping


* 2+ years' of experience in executive communication


* Ability to work onsite 4 days a week


* Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
