About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Productivity Lead to drive the ANZ Supply Chain productivity and value creation agenda across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory and Operations.
This role will be responsible for identifying, prioritising and delivering strategic initiatives that improve profitability, reduce costs, enhance service performance and increase operational efficiency.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Commercial teams, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong financial acumen, project leadership capability and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Job responsibilities include:
* Develop and manage the Supply Chain productivity strategy and multi-year value creation pipeline.
* Identify, evaluate and prioritise cost reduction and operational improvement opportunities across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
* Build robust business cases including ROI analysis, investment requirements, risk assessments and savings forecasts.
* Lead strategic productivity and transformation projects from opportunity identification through to implementation and benefits realisation.
* Partner with Finance to validate savings opportunities and ensure benefits are accurately realised.
* Monitor and report on productivity performance, project delivery, financial outcomes, risks and opportunities.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
* Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to provide visibility of productivity performance.
* Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
* Establish governance frameworks to ensure projects are managed effectively and aligned to business objectives.
