* This position is for night shift (7:00 pm - 7:00 am) and offers a competitive benefits package with starting hourly rate of $37.88/hr.

(Orientation and training will be on 1st shift)

What You Will Do In Your Role



* Troubleshoot mechanical problems, repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures


* Help meet or exceed production, waste, and quality goals through a quality maintenance program


* Install and repair mechanical components, welding, and fabrication of materials


* Read and interpret mechanical, basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics


* Work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed


* Perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day


* Work in high and/or confined spaces


* Understand knowledge and safe work practices involving mechanical machinery and lock out tag out processes

The following includes both mechanical and electrical activities, however General Maintenance Technicians will focus on the mechanical aspects and support electrical depending upon skills and knowledge:



* Troubleshoot electrical and/or mechanical problems and repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures


* Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics


* Complete mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance activities
