As a Product Manager in CCB, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities



* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners


* Translates product goals into program objectives and measurable milestones, aligning execution plans to roadmap priorities and intended outcomes


* Owns delivery governance (milestones, acceptance criteria, RAID, decision logs), and applies AI tooling (e.g., MCP, Skills) to accelerate tracking, summarization, and reporting while maintaining auditability


* Leads Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban, driving ceremonies (planning, refinement, standups, demos, retros) and improving predictability through metrics and continuous improvement


* Partners with Engineering to validate requirements, integration paths, and non-functional expectations across Java microservices, GraphQL/API layers, and cloud components; surfaces gaps early and drives trade-offs


* Collaborates with SRE/Production Management to ensure operational readiness (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring/alerting, on-call readiness, incident learnings) and that reliability, resiliency, and performance criteria are met


* Drives stakeholder alignment and decision-making across Product, Engineering, and Leadership (including cross-shore teams), ensuring timely communication, appropriate resourcing, and well-managed cross-team handoffs and dependencies


* Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with hands-on experience running ceremonies and improving delivery cadence and predictability
