Specialist Manager, Risk and Compliance Services (AFSO)

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Security Officer Specialist Manager to support security operations for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs.

This Specialist Manager role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and ensuring essential security operations for our 300+ classified contracts and more than 10,000 personnel security clearances.

Risk if not filled is non-compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain our Facility Clearance and ability to bid/deliver classified contracts as well as to maintain our personnel security clearances, causing an impact to revenue and reputation

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Manager, Risk and Compliance Services on the GPS Security team, you will be responsible for...


* Administer National Industrial Security Program requirements for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs


* Implement security procedures and controls for Department of Defense classified facilities, including secure area operations, access controls, and facility safeguards


* Support inspection readiness, self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and physical security compliance activities across classified environments


* Partner with Deloitte account teams, engagement leaders, Enterprise Solutions, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to support program security requirements


* Support security activities across the contract lifecycle, from proposal support through contract closeout

Qualifications

Required:


* Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information access, as required


* Experience supporting classified operations in a rapid-response, customer-focused, results-driven team environment
