Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation (Salesforce Functional Lead) you will:


* Lead Salesforce product development from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to client business needs.


* Engage end customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.


* Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner based on business value, delivery urgency, dependencies, and security considerations.


* Serve as Scrum Master for two-week sprints by facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.


* Provide leadership to the development team by removing blockers, managing risks, coordinating dependencies, and driving accountability.


* Document accomplishments and deliverables for clients through sprint summaries, status reports, demos, release notes, and UAT support.
