FAMILY THRIFT STORE GENERAL ASSOCIATE (Processing Specialist) The position of Family Thrift Store General Associate offers an exciting opportunity for a result-orientated individual to support the mission of Life Network.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of multitasking, and enthusiastic about the physical aspects of receiving and processing donated goods.

This position will collaborate closely and under their leadership in the absence of the directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES Efficiently process and sort donated items to meet FTS standards for quality and suitability Occasionally greet donors warmly and receive donated items, ensuring a positive experience Price merchandise items accurately and prepare for placement on the sales floor Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere Work on the sales floor and operate the cash register Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and backroom Participation by all staff is required at Life Networks major events Other duties and responsibilities as assigned EXPERIENCE High school graduate Thrift store experience a plus QUALIFICATIONS Strong advocate for the sanctity of life issues Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life Active commitment to a local church A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the Gospel Strong ability to sort and organize quickly and efficiently Exhibits initiative, teamwork, and a goal-orientated mindset in accomplishing tasks Flexible and adaptable in handling unpredictable situations Capable of lifting 50 lbs.

and performing physical tasks associated with store maintenance Capable of meeting transportation needs as required for the position CLASSIFICATION Full-time 40 hours per week.

Pay range: $15.16 - $17.50 per hour.

Scheduled hours are between Monday through Saturday.

Saturdays are required.

Reports to Thrift Store Manager.
