Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems


* Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation


* Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements


* Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness


* Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle


* Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes
