Compliance Officer

SUMMARY OF JOB: The Compliance Officer ensures organizational wide compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Monitors, researches, analyzes and interprets relevant laws and regulations including consumer protection laws and regulations relating to Consumer Lending to ensure policies and practices comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Provides regulatory compliance guidance and acts as subject matter expert in support of the business units to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidance.
