Kenton County Public Library Job Title: Systems Technician I Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Branch: Erlanger, 401 Kenton Lands Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018 Pay Range: $23.90 - $33.74 per hour Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), with a schedule that may include any day of the week, including days, evenings, weekends, and the holidays the Library is open.

What Youll Do Provide technical support for library hardware, software, devices, and internet applications used by staff and patrons.Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues efficiently and professionally across assigned library locations.Serve as a technology resource for staff and library users, helping them get the most out of library technology services.Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of computer systems, software, hardware, and network services.Provide technology training and support for both staff and the public.Schedule and teach Device Advice classes that help patrons build confidence with technology.Support services such as the hotspot program, active directory, VPN setup, phone systems, inventory management, and other technology initiatives.Travel between library branches to provide hands-on technical support where it is needed.Perform other job-related tasks as needed to support department operations.
