Machining Blade Manufacturing - CNC Operator 2nd shift

Job Summary

We're looking for a CNC Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team.

In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture critical aerospace components.

Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM 
Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do:



* Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines


* Load and edit machine programs as needed


* Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials


* Produce parts to engineering and production specifications


* Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools


* Perform minor part modifications and finishing work


* Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements


* Utilize computerized production tracking systems


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


* Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:



* High school diploma or equivalent


* 2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred


* Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment


* Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications


* Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


* Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
