Program Director

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Program Director is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Club programs, with a goal to drive measurable program outcomes.

In the absence of the Branch Director, the Program Director plays a key leadership role in supporting and supervising all program staff, ensuring the safety of all youth members, engaging families, and managing the site.

The Program Director will provide support in bringing knowledge and identifying resources to continuously improve the quality of online programming and utilizing technology to expand existing program offerings to broader online audiences.

ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTIONS: Support team to plan and implement all Club programs to drive optimal club experience, academic success, and post-secondary career readiness.Work collaboratively with Branch Director to develop and implement Clubs goals and objectives to align with BGCTCs & BGCAs strategic plan.Support Branch director to implement consistent and high-quality professional development to all team members.Support the creation and utilization of digital marketing collateral (flyers, informational videos, graphic images, etc.)Lead the evaluation planning and implementation to ensure the accuracy and timely data collection and reporting.Develop, maintain, and strengthen community collaborations and partnership to support the goals and the mission of the Club site.Directly supervise volunteers & interns to ensure successful engagement.Help coordinate and facilitate all site visits from donors, community partners, board members, volunteers, and parents.Help to complete reports and maintain statistical information for all grant required programs.Oversee all aspects of the branch operations in the absence of the Branch Director, including but not limited to: Staff supervisionFacility managementProgram managementRisk management
