Manage visitor registration and access control.

Issue visitor badges and maintain access records.

Monitor CCTV and security systems.

Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols.

Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.

Complete daily activity and incident reports.

Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Ideal Backgrounds We welcome candidates with experience in: Corporate Security Concierge Services Hospitality Hotel Front Desk Reception Customer Service Banking Property Management Retail Leadership Administrative Support Loss Prevention Preferred Qualifications At least1 yearof experience in security, hospitality, customer service, reception, or a similar professional role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and email.

Experience with access control, visitor management, or CCTV is a plus.

Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Reliable transportation to Downtown Pittsburgh.

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol throughout the shift.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Stable work history demonstrating reliability.

Successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening.

Maintain a professional appearance consistent with a corporate environment.
