Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator II manages a high-volume workload (approximately 100+ active jobs) and owns the project lifecycle from standard quoting through final installation and follow-up.

This role operates independently, coordinating schedules, communicating with homeowners and account partners, and resolving issues for low-to-moderate complexity projects.

This position will also serves as a backup resource for templating and installation scheduling as needed.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue standard quotes for single-room or low-to-moderate complexity projects Review orders to verify pricing, scope, and specifications prior to processing Process quote revisions related to minor design changes or field adjustments Enter, verify, and maintain all job details, including multi-phase projects and remakes Manage a large volume of active jobs using calendar-based and system tracking tools Lead the CAD review process, send drawings for approval, and communicate revisions Coordinate work orders with plumbing, carpentry, and other related trades Communicate scheduling details and expectations with homeowners and builders Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, production, or information gaps Maintain accurate and detailed job records, notes, and status updates Provide backup support for templating and installation scheduling during peak periods or staff absences Escalate complex, multi-room, or high-risk quoting to a Project Coordinator III as appropriate Support and mentor entry-level Project Coordinators as needed Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a similar role Experience preparing, revising, and managing standard project quotes Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Professional, confident, and clear communication skills Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to normal office environments, however, brief periods on the production floor should be expected.

Appropriate safety equipment will be provided.

Frequently operates a computer, enters data into systems, verifies information, etc The noise level is usually moderate.

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods, use hands and arms with frequent repetitive motions.

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and must be able to see, speak and hear.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus as it relates to working at a computer.
