Housing Programs Support Navigator Location: 801 Kirk Street, Fostoria, OH 44830 Service Area: This position serves households throughout GLCAP's 15-county service area, including Wood, Sandusky, Seneca, Ottawa, Erie, Huron, Richland, Crawford, Hancock, Hardin, Marion, Putnam, Wyandot, Lorain, and Lucas counties.

Regular travel throughout the service area is required to conduct housing inspections, perform landlord outreach, and support program operations.

Travel frequency will vary based on program needs, with some counties requiring more frequent travel than others.

Occasional travel outside the primary service area may be required based on program or organizational needs.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday Weekly Hours: 34 hours per week Employment Type: Year-Round Full-Time Pay Rate: Starting at $23.47 per hour, based on education and experience Position Overview Develop and maintain landlord relationships to support housing program operations.

Coordinate and complete housing inspections and maintain required documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.
