What We Offer $24.00-$27.00/hour to start, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance $25,000 life insurance -- 100% company-paid Short-term and long-term disability -- 100% company-paid Retirement program with employer match Stable, family-oriented company -- we've been in business 27 years A team that actually likes working together What You'll Do You'll work closely with our Heavy Equipment Mechanic to help maintain our mixed fleet of diesel trucks, aerial lifts (boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, man lifts), and construction equipment.

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy diesel equipment and aerial lifts • Assists with emergency field repairs when equipment goes down on a job site • Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the shop and work areas • Helping troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of the lead mechanic, and coordinating to prioritize what needs attention first • Supporting field service and maintenance activities at job sites when required What We're Looking For • 1-3 years working on heavy diesel engines, hydraulics, and/or heavy equipment • You diagnose problems methodically -- not by throwing parts at it • Valid driver's license with a clean record • You communicate clearly, show up on time, and work well with others • You're interested in growing -- not just staying where you are How to Apply Apply right here.
