Supply Chain Performance Leader

As a Supply Chain Performance Leader, you will drive operational excellence across the supply chain by leading continuous improvement initiatives, deploying Lean and Smart Factory methodologies, and optimizing end-to-end processes.

You will be responsible for improving productivity, reducing lead times, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable performance through standardized systems, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Performance & Continuous Improvement


* Lead the deployment and sustainability of Schneider Production System (SPS) methodologies across the plant.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing tools, Kaizen events, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Best Practice implementation.

Operational Excellence


* Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from order fulfillment through delivery.


* Lead Value Stream Mapping activities and establish action plans to reduce lead times and eliminate waste.


* Support line architecture design, line balancing, time and motion studies, capacity planning, and process simulations.

Smart Factory & Digital Transformation


* Lead the deployment of Smart Factory initiatives and digital solutions within the plant.


* Act as the primary point of contact for Smart Factory and Industrial Performance Management programs.


* Promote the use of digital tools, automation, and analytics to improve operational performance.


* Support the effective utilization of systems such as ERP, CMMS, LDS/PMS, DISS, and other digital platforms.

Leadership & Capability Development


* Train, coach, and mentor teams on Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.


* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams.

Data Analytics & Performance Management


*
+ Ensure effective data governance and analytics by developing dashboards and performance reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to optimize costs, productivity, and business performance.

QualificationsEducation


* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience


* Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.


* Proven experience leading Lean Transformation and productivity improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

* Proven track record leading Lean transformation, productivity improvements, and operational performance initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
