Supervisor, Warehouse Operations

The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for supervising, coordinating, training, and developing teams responsible for Warehouse Operations on 2nd shift.

This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of material flow, inventory management, and customer fulfillment activities while driving continuous improvement and employee development.

This position is a 2nd shift role.

The shift schedule is 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.

What Will You Do?


* Lead and promote a culture of Safety, Health, 5S, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.


* Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material flow, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring service, quality, and productivity targets are met.


* Assign and prioritize work to maximize efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.


* Drive team performance through coaching, performance management, employee development, and accountability.


* Ensure accurate warehouse transactions and data integrity across SAP, ERP/WMS, and inventory systems.


* Analyze operational data and KPIs using Excel, Tableau, and system reports to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.


* Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.


* Manage staffing, scheduling, workload planning, and daily execution in alignment with SPS principles.


* Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.


* Utilize Short Interval Management (SIM) and data-driven decision-making to prioritize Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement objectives.

What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful?


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.


* 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or operations experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.


* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.


* Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SAP (ERP).


* Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.


* Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.


* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
