Mission

The Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric manages the IT Channel and Data Center Segment with focus on Mission Critical Applications/End Users (focus on following industries: Government, Cloud & Service Providers, Financial Services).

We deliver critical power & cooling solutions in & outside the Data Center but also management software tools.

The IT Channel Product Application Engineer serves as a trusted technical expert for Schneider Electric's Secure Power portfolio, supporting channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and customers in the design and implementation of reliable, scalable, and energy-efficient solutions.

Working closely with sales teams and channel partners, this role provides pre-sales technical support, solution design expertise, and application guidance throughout the sales cycle.

The Product Application Engineer translates customer requirements into optimized technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, industry standards, and Schneider Electric best practices.

As a senior technical specialist, the role requires deep product knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.

The engineer contributes directly to business growth by enabling partners, supporting key opportunities, and delivering high-quality technical recommendations that drive customer success.

What You'll Do


* Provide technical pre-sales support to channel partners, distributors, and customers across the Secure Power portfolio.


* Design and recommend integrated Secure Power solutions, including UPS, racks, power distribution, cooling, monitoring, and management software.


* Analyze customer business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solution architectures.


* Support product selection, sizing, configuration, and system design activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.


* Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to validate proposed solutions.


* Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners, product specialists, and customers to develop tailored technical proposals and recommendations.


* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex opportunities and strategic customer engagements.


* Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to partners and internal stakeholders.


* Support the preparation of technical documentation, solution designs, bids, and customer-facing materials.


* Ensure proposed solutions comply with relevant standards, regulations, and Schneider Electric guidelines.


* Identify and resolve complex technical issues by leveraging product expertise and innovative problem-solving approaches.
