Supply and Inventory Planner - Final Distribution.
The Supply and Inventory Planner - Final Distribution role is fully embedded in the end to end supply chain planning processes making the link between customer's forecast, supply plan, and inventory projection.
This role will coordinate with manufacturing plants, DC operations, Master data team, Upstream planning and Offer Marketing.
What will you do:
• Lead Distribution Requirement Planning processes across multiple business lines, optimizing inventory levels while maintaining service excellence
• Analyze and manage stock parameters, purchase order portfolios, and inventory discrepancies to achieve optimal service levels
• Monitor and escalate manufacturing supply risk alerts in SIOP, ensuring proactive risk management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel for efficient goods routing and storage
• Develop and maintain critical inventory system inputs, including network changes, lead times, and new product introductions
• Up to 25% travel in North America

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with demonstrated expertise in distribution planning and inventory management
• Possess a good level of understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Planning and global supply chain concepts, including knowledge of SIOP processes and supply chain risk management
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven success in optimizing stock parameters and inventory levels.
• Experience in Kinaxis, SAP and Tableau or equivalent systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
