Before and After School Site Director - Mid-County YMCA

Support planning and coordination of program and its activities.Ensure implementation and compliance of YMCA, State and School guidelines, policies and procedures.Ensure individual needs of children are met.Maintain positive relationships with staff, families, school personnel and volunteers.Maintain an environment that ensures children, staff and family safety and well beingPlan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that advance all areas of childrens development and learning, including social, emotional, intellectual and physical competencyConduct program in accordance with YMCA goals and principles of developmentally appropriate practicesSupervise and mentor group leaders and support staff.Support program growth and development.Ensure zero tolerance for abuse and actively participate in the protection of youth and teens.Performs all other duties as assigned.
