Stassi Community Care Center is the first of its kind in the area and provides care in an atmosphere that promotes resident choice and creates a more home-like setting.

We're seeking the right candidate for the position of LPN Floor Nurse.

In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 12 Hour Shifts What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: · Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.

· Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.

· Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.

· Prepares and administers medication and treatments.

· Consults with physicians.

· Receives and records orders as required.
