Concierge

Currently hiring - Full-Time - Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m.

Job Description Takes a lead role in overseeing the Concierge Team Members.

Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community.

Provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of sales and marketing efforts.

Responds to incoming calls and provides clerical support to all departments.

This is a non-exempt, hourly role reporting to the Business Operations Director.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly Responsibilities and Duties: Schedules Concierge Team Members to ensure appropriate front desk coverageAssigns daily task and ensure completion of tasksAssists the Business Operations Director and Sales Counselor with special projectsEnsures appropriate office supplies are on handCoordinates maintenance of all office equipmentAnswers and screens all incoming calls in a courteous and professional mannerReceives and processes mail for the communityMaintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheetsMonitors security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door securityOrders and maintains appropriate office suppliesAssists the Business Operations Director in administrative tasks as assignedParticipates in and attends all in-service training as scheduledEnsures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma preferredStrong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalitiesExperience working with the senior populationProficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications Physical Abilities: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 25 lbs.

The associate must use proper body mechanics.
