Sim Zone Host

The YMCA in Hudson is home to one of the area's most unique amenities--a state-of-the-art Golf & Sport Simulator housed in our Sim Zone.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to serve as our Sim Zone Event Host.

This position is all about creating an exceptional experience for groups renting the space.

Whether it's a birthday party, corporate outing, family gathering, or friends enjoying a round of virtual golf, you'll be the face of the Sim Zone and help ensure every guest has an unforgettable visit.

We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.

Job Summary: The Sim Zone Host is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for members, guests, and rental groups utilizing the Sim Zone space.

Serve as the primary on-site host for member, corporate, and private events by preparing event spaces, ensuring technology and equipment are operating properly, providing guests with an orientation to the facility, supporting event activities, and restoring spaces following event completion.

The Sim Zone Host fosters a positive and inviting environment by greeting and directing guests, responding to questions, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish.

This position delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience for all participants.
