We're seeking a driven Commercial Sales/Estimator to develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and grow our presence in the commercial and multifamily construction markets.

Job Summary The Commercial Sales/Estimator is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and increasing sales within the commercial construction and multifamily housing sectors.

This role works closely with contractors, developers, property managers, builders, and estimating teams to provide flooring, countertop, and cabinetry solutions for commercial projects.

What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, builders, property managers, and commercial construction professionals Identify and pursue new commercial and multifamily business opportunities Sell flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and interior finish products and services Respond to bids, project specifications, and RFP opportunities Partner with estimating teams to develop accurate project proposals and pricing Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through project completion Track sales activity, project pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM software Coordinate with operations, project management, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution Attend networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows to build business relationships Stay informed on market trends, construction activity, and competitive products What We're Looking For Previous experience in commercial sales, outside sales, business development, construction sales, or building materials sales Experience working with contractors, builders, developers, property managers, or multifamily clients preferred Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project timelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory Preferred Industry Backgrounds Commercial Construction Building Materials Sales Flooring Sales Cabinetry Sales Countertop Sales Multifamily Housing Property Management Construction Services Contractor Sales Interior Finishes Why Join National Design Mart?
