What You'll Be Doing


* Delivering and collecting shipments across your designated route


* Providing exceptional customer service at every customer interaction


* Planning and organising your workload to meet delivery commitments


* Loading, unloading, and handling shipments safely and securely


* Completing vehicle safety checks and complying with driving regulations


* Maintaining accurate delivery and collection records


* Identifying opportunities to support existing and potential customers


* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service and operational targets

What We're Looking For


* A full UK driving licence


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Excellent geographical knowledge and route planning ability


* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure


* High attention to detail and commitment to safety


* Physical capability to undertake the demands of a multi-drop delivery role

Desirable


* Previous courier, delivery, or professional driving experience


* C1 / 7.5 tonne licence


* Digital tachograph card


* Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations
