We collect and make good use of a broad range of data and employ human factors engineering principles to identify and resolve usability problems and gain insights that influence product design and development.

What you'll achieve:

As an Experience Strategy Lead - Gaming, you will define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across our gaming portfolio.

You'll build a clear, data-informed view of our players and gaming community, connecting player needs, business priorities, and technical realities into direction the whole organization can rally behind.

This is a senior, deeply collaborative role where you will partner across product, design, engineering, and marketing to shape what we build, in what order, and why.
