We're hiring an Operations Manager to lead Housekeeping and support Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Assistant General Manager and partnering closely with our Chief Engineer and F&B team.
What You'll Do


* Lead the daily operations of Housekeeping and support Front Desk


* Coach and develop a team focused on genuine, personal hospitality


* Manage payroll, scheduling, and departmental budgets for Housekeeping and Front Desk


* Partner with our Chief Engineer and F&B team to keep the guest experience seamless


* Champion guest preference and personalization systems so every stay feels considered

What You'll Need


* 3+ years of hotel leadership, management, or supervisory experience, ideally in Housekeeping or Rooms


* Boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotel experience strongly preferred


* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


* Comfort with hotel technology (PMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
