A Brief Overview

The Salesforce Systems Analyst, Developer serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective system solutions.

This role evaluates existing systems, integrations and processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications and integrations.

The Systems Analyst, Developer plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, data quality, and user adoption across business and technology teams.

This role combines business analysis with hands-on Salesforce configuration and junior development support, enabling faster delivery of scalable, business-aligned solutions.

What You Will Do


* Business & Requirements Analysis:
+ Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and system needs.
+ Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
+ Translate business requirements into clear system specifications, flow charts, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
+ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to align requirements and solutions


* System Design & Solution Support:
+ Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and vendors to design scalable and sustainable system solutions.
+ Contribute to Salesforce solution implementation, including hands-on configuration and development support.
+ Partner with developers to translate requirements into technical designs and build-ready specifications.
+ Support system configuration, enhancements, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
+ Evaluate system impacts of new requirements, changes, and enhancements.
+ Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards


* Process Improvement & Optimization:
+ Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Recommend and support process optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data quality, compliance, and user experience.
