We're looking for a driven and innovative Hardware Power Engineer to join our system power hardware design team, developing next‑generation networking platforms.

As a Hardware Power Engineer, you'll be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high‑performance, high‑quality networking products

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Roseville, CA .

You'll be expected in the office 2 days per week to collaborate in person with your product, engineering, and design partners.

Responsibilities:


* Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring‑up, debugging, and validation.


* Work hands‑on with complex, hardware and system power designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.


* Collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to integrate power deliverables and drive products from concept into production.


* Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.


* Execute empirical testing and root‑cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.

Education and Experience Required:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
