IT Application Executive

Key Responsibilities

SAP & Application Support


* Ensure that ERP (SAP), POS, Retail Applications operate efficiently.


* Manage configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting in coordination with users and regional/group IT.


* Log and track all incidents via the ticketing system, performing root cause analysis for timely resolution.

System Administration & Data Integrity


* Perform system configuration and user administration tasks.


* Develop and maintain data interfaces, exports/imports, and ensure high-performance data exchange between SAP and local systems.


* Proactively monitor system alerts and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Process Optimization & Projects


* Analyze retail business processes and produce data flow diagrams to recommend usability improvements.


* Support application-related projects, providing technical input for regional rollouts and local deployments.


* Ensure all system changes align with corporate standards, governance, and Group IT security.

Stakeholder Coordination


* Collaborate closely with group/regional IT, local business users, and vendors.


* Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Application role within a retail environment.

Technical Skills:

Proven expertise in SAP Retail

Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL and ERP application management.

Strong ability to translate business needs into technical actions.

Soft Skills: Effective communication skills for working within a matrix reporting line; detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
