The Palmettos of Charleston is seeking a reliable and compassionate Med Tech/Caregiver to join our team.

You will provide resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPN, support daily living needs, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities


* Assist with personal care and daily activities


* Take and record vital signs and other resident data


* Support admissions, transfers, and routine care


* Provide morning and evening care


* Assist with positioning, lifting, and ambulation


* Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and infection control practices


* Engage residents and promote a positive environment

Qualifications


* Strong communication and charting skills


* Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality


* Professional, patient, and team-oriented
