This role owns replenishment, inventory accuracy, machine presentation, light field repairs, and day-to-day venue relationships.

Success in this role requires strong accountability, attention to detail, customer service, operational discipline, and a high degree of trustworthiness.

This individual serves as the face of the business in the field and is responsible for maintaining machine uptime, inventory integrity, and positive client relationships.

Responsibilities Route Operations & Inventory Management Execute assigned service routes and maintain scheduled replenishment cadence across customer locations.Restock vending machines with the correct products and quantities based on inventory needs, sales performance, and established replenishment plans.Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock conditions.Enter and maintain accurate inventory, replenishment, pricing, and service records within the companys management software.Transport and manage inventory efficiently between vending locations, warehouses, and storage areas.Conduct inventory verification and audits to maintain accuracy and reduce shrink.

Venue & Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned venues and maintain professional working relationships.Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively during all site visits.Communicate proactively regarding operational issues, requests, or improvement opportunities.Escalate recurring concerns or service disruptions appropriately.
